Well, we finally got to gig at the Magnesia Bank and the wait was worth it. Aside from a slight PA problem in the first two numbers of the first set, quickly sorted, it was a real pleasure to play this venue. The audience were very appreciative and many came to compliment us on the show and buy CD's. We look forward to playing here again. |

Amongst the people at last night's gig was someone we who was at the gig at the venue referred to in the BS On Tyne blog of 2 March 2007. His recollection was like mine that the place had been HEAVING so I was not wrong. I know I sometimes forget things but I'm definitely not losing my marbles. Seems very strange that the takings were down. I guess that all the people that were there that night on November 2005 must have brought there own booze from a supermarket! |

This was our first time at the Station and I'm sure that it won't be our last. An excellent gig and very appreciative punters including a few friends and aquaintances. The new material seems to be bedding down nicely. The staff were really friendly and a particularly nice touch was the complementary drinks. |

Home territory for Bill, this is the first time we've played this venue. Cracking place - good appreciative and friendly crowd. We had a blast. Best wishes to Lisa and her partner - it was a pleasure to meet you. Looking forward to the next time! |
